I am a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Gonzaga University. My research interests are broadly in the areas of conceptual modeling, knowledge representation, and data provenance. I received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Oregon, an MS and PhD from the OGI School of Science & Engineering at OHSU, was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the San Diego Supercomputer Center, and was an Associate Project Scientist at the UC Davis Genome Center. I've taught a variety of courses in database management systems, programming language design and implementation, algorithms and data structures, software engineering, and data mining/analytics.
